Nutritional Therapy Practitioners (or NTPs) see the chemicals in the food we eat as the basic building blocks of our body.  As a result we use properly prepared whole foods to restore balance and function in the body and harness the bodies innate intelligence to function the best it can with the nutrients it is provided with.

We take an individual approach to every client by collecting information from over 300 early warning signs of the body which our bodies give us every day to identify what dysfunction and imbalances may exist.  Many signs asked about seem perfectly normal to most but actually each and every one is the body telling us something.

As NTPs we believe that there are six foundations of health which when in balance lead to health in the rest of our bodies. We don’t leap straight to the symptoms that are presenting but instead try and understand why such symptoms arose in the first place.  After all - as individuals we are all different and even though symptoms may be similar there could be very different underlying reason.

The signs and symptoms identified paint a picture of the body which enables us to come up with a bioindividual approach to everyone which tries to get to the root cause.

Each client is provided with their own unique set of dietary, lifestyle and whole food supplement recommendations to rebalance the foundations and over time restore function and prevent other conditions arise in the future.

We want to empower each and everyone to reconnect with their bodies and provide you with the knowledge to make the right choices and manage your health over the long term.
