Charlotte is a Functional Nutritionist and Associate Instructor at the Nutritional Therapy Association.

Charlotte discovered the power of real food through her journey with ankylosing spondylitis, an autoimmune disease in the spine.  Changing her diet and investigating the root cause of her symptoms transformed not only her health but also her life. She is passionate about sharing the importance of nutrition and teaching people to listen to their body so they can live their best life.

Fran Dargaville, Functional Nutritionist

Fran is a Functional Nutritionist with a passion for real food.

Fran discovered the power of nutrition by healing herself from chronic fatigue and digestive issues. She is now passionate about sharing her knowledge to help others through workshops, group programs and on an individual basis.

Fran is also a qualified yoga instructor, and believes health is truly holistic — involving nutrition, mindset and movement.

PROGRAM DETAILS

CLASS DATES: Classes are held weekly - either online or in person.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When does the course start and finish?

The next course starts will start later in 2019 and will runs for 4 weeks. The course includes weekly training and Q&A either held in person in Sydney or online. These are held at the same time each week. If you can't make the live sessions, you'll be able to view the recording of the content afterwards, have your questions answered via our Facebook group and all materials will be shared by email.

What if I am unhappy with the course?

We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 7 days and I will give you a full refund.

I have specific dietary constraints. Is this course for me?

Yes! First and foremost, this program is about real food. Whatever your dietary requirements (paleo, vegan, gluten free, etc.), this program can be modified to suit your needs.
